Team Building


We use a team development approach to team building.  We work with organizations, leaders and groups to enhance the effectiveness of workgroups and strengthening working relationships. We help you bring out best in a team or work group in order to ensure self-development, positive communication, leadership skills and the ability to work closely together as a team to problem solve.

We identify what stage of development the team may be in, and address the special challenges associated with that stage in order to support the team’s success. We also coach leaders in order to help them adapt their behavior to the changing and developing needs of the group.

Our work is based on the stages of team development first published by Dr. Bruce Tuckman:

Stages of Team Development Model

•    Forming: a group of people come together to accomplish a shared purpose.

•    Storming: Disagreement about mission, vision, and approaches combined with the fact that team members are getting to know each other can cause strained relationships and conflict.

•    Norming: The team has consciously or unconsciously formed working relationships that are enabling progress on the team’s objectives.

•    Performing: Relationships, team processes, and the team’s effectiveness in working on its objectives are synching to bring about a successfully functioning team.

Tools and Methodology

Team building activities teach your team to trust each other, respect each other and most of all use the strengths of each member to be successful. This requires a shared way of communicating, solving problems and resolving conflict. With our team building methods and exercises you will enhance team functioning and effectiveness.
